There are really three different types of construction clean up and we can do all three for you or just one or two of the different types of construction clean up.

Is the construction of your home ready for its final finishings? We will remove all of the construction debris like loose boards and any other scraps that are left over from the construction of the interior. We then come in and sweep all the floors getting them ready for carpet, tile or what ever choice you have made for flooring. We then move on to washing all the windows and dusting any surface that has accumulated dust during the construction process.

Final Interior Clean Up

Once all the final finishing construction has been done we will come in and get your home ready to put on the market. We vacuum carpets, mop all of the floors that are not carpeted, wipe down all of the kitchen and bathroom horizontal surfaces, clean all the kitchen appliances, clean all window sills in the house . We then dust all light fixtures, ceiling fans, vent covers and finally if the vents are in the floor we remove the vents and vacuum all debris out of the ducts.

Exterior Construction Clean Up

The final step in getting your house ready to sell is the exterior construction clean up. We will remove all lumber, trash and debris from the exterior. We then wash the exterior of all windows and sweep the driveway or any other paved surface present.
